Directly opposite the FH Technikum Wien is a property consisting of an 8-storey office tower and a 4-storey annex, which was previously used for commercial purposes.

Both parts of the building are partially protected by the Federal Monuments Office. In 2019, an existing warehouse was demolished and the office properties gutted, and conversion into modern, attractive residential buildings is currently planned. Alternatively, together with a project partner, a new, innovative campus will be created that meets all the technical requirements that young, bright minds can only dream of.
