KróLEWska
KróLEWska is located in the centre of Warsaw's office district. The best office buildings in the city can be found here. Numerous nationally and internationally renowned companies have settled here, not only to benefit from the surroundings, but also to take advantage of the immediate proximity to the historic centre and the optimal transport connections.
KróLEWska is not only easy to reach by car, but is also excellently connected to the other parts of the city thanks to the numerous public transport connections.
KróLEWska was sold to Generali Real Estate Fund CEE.
The KróLEWska office building has a garage in the basements, retail and restaurant space on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors. It is a 12-storey building with 3 basement floors, ground floor and 8 upper floors.
From the outset, the building was designed for high energy efficiency and has been successfully LEED Platinum certified.
The exterior of the 8-storey office building is characterised by a sculpturally shaped vertical grid façade with floor-to-ceiling windows. The building volume offers terraces or balconies from the 1st to the 6th floor. A spacious terrace on the 6th floor is accessible to all tenants.
A two-part colour scheme of the façade is composed of an elegant silver-grey impression in the lower part of the south façade and an iridescent colour for the remaining views, which sets different accents. This colour was developed especially for this building and has a colour spectrum from black to violet to green, depending on the viewing angle. In addition, there are selectively placed golden elements.
